Shipping policy

DELIVERY: We ship all package/s to the details provided at point of checkout to your chosen destination, using local distribution services.

• All orders will be dispatched within 7 working days and will be sent via local distribution services if based within the UK.
• In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of re-delivery.
• We are not responsible for any orders which are damaged during delivery.
• Once the products have been dispatched from hub, we hold no responsibility while item/s in transit. All orders are completely out of our control.
• It is the customers responsibility to be present in receiving their order.
